Submitting the pupils’ work (option B)

Gathering files

In order to submit to the competition (the deadline is Friday 1st April 2022), the pupils are first asked to send their episodes to you. These files could be too big for email, so you might need to use e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer. You are best placed to know what file transfer method will work best for your class. If you are working in a classroom, it might be possible to connect phones or devices to a school computer manually, and upload the files that way.

Each pupil is asked to submit two files:
1. Their episode as an audio file, in either .wav or a .mp3 format (the file you just exported from Audacity). The name of the file should be the name of your episode.
2. A document containing the name of your episode, and the full names of everyone you interviewed (not just ‘mum’ or ‘Auntie Sue’!), in the order they appear in the episode. This is very important, as it will let us check that all of your interviewees have filled in consent forms.

Please check that all pupils have submitted both files before sending their submissions to us.
